Ricci Jimenez picks the above photo as his fave in his current work:
I looked up and I just saw this scene and captured it. Looking at it now, I just like the overall composition and the small details in out of focus areas: the sampador holding a banyera, his tuwalya (towel) at his forehead, the smoke lit by the spotlight, the net at the ship’s hull… The only one in focus is the man who directs traffic, framed by the ramp. It was my last day of shooting at the port and the tide was high that time.
