This photo was shot during an unexpected time. I was about to leave the pageant and I came across this contestant having a “pulikat” (cramps). Although in the background you can see that the show is still going on, this contestant was struggling because of her high heels. And the most memorable part was actually my Dad trying to literally help her overcome the pain.
